About Your Coaches: Ian Jenkinson (2nd Dan), David Jenkinson (1st Dan), Lee Ioakim (Brown Belt) & Martin Jenkinson (Blue Belt)

Ian, David, & Martin are a father/sons combination with a love of the Sport and 30 years of combined experience in Judo.
The main coaches, Ian and Dave have participated in many County and Club competitions and whilst Dave has competed at national level in both team and individual competitions, Ian has been coaching Judo for nearly 13 years.

Ashford Judo Club is a new venture that was started back in February 2008 when Ian was asked by Mid Kent and Ashford Sports Partnership to found a Judo Club in Ashford as there was no such facility in the local area. Ian also coaches in Canterbury.

Lee and Martin are both enthusiastic seniors that enjoy assistant coaching
the juniors and compete at County level.
